Our trapdoor marshaller helps in-line manual packers manage filled valve bags that drop irregularly onto the take-away conveyor. Sometimes, bags land on top of or beside one another. This system holds and releases bags sequentially in a controlled manner, interlocked with the packer’s release mechanism. The trapdoor marshaller ensures bags are aligned properly for smooth transfer along the packing line. Its modular design allows the number of spouts to be configured per client requirements. The weighing cradle and push-off system are fully custom-designed for each application.
