Some products are particularly susceptible to moisture damage, such as cement. In such cases, a plastic sheet is often used, which is more cost-effective when procured in bulk rolls. Our slip sheet applicator measures a specific length of plastic from a roll, feeds a pallet underneath, and places the sheet accurately. The four corners are secured by heat-forming the plastic. In drafty areas, wind protection is needed to prevent sheets from lifting off the pallets before packing. Around 60–70 pallets can be covered per hour.
