1.1 Packing Line Automation

We support the entire process from concept to final product manufacture, covering everything in between. This includes R&D, product design, CAD drawings and prints, mould or die work, and more, ensuring your project moves smoothly from idea to reality.

Our team manages scheduled and preventative maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems to minimise downtime and extend equipment life. 3.1. Inspection & Reporting

Over years of experience, we have learned to identify early indicators of potential issues in past installations. A thorough audit is always the first step in determining maintenance requirements and planning the correct scope of work.

3.2. Action Planning

After the inspection, we work collaboratively to determine the most cost-effective course of action. In some cases, it is more economical for your in-house team to perform certain tasks; in others, our team manages the full implementation. Our approach prioritises transparency, planning accuracy, and long-term efficiency.

3.3. Implementation

We implement the required maintenance at a time convenient for you. Many tasks can be completed in one seamless process, from inspection through to repairs. Some components require preparation for procurement or manufacturing, which we handle efficiently. Work is billed at a flat rate plus spares, or we can provide detailed step-by-step quotations when required.

We supply a wide range of high-quality spare parts to support reliable plant performance and minimize downtime. Whether you require critical spares, wear components, or specialized equipment parts, we source and deliver quickly to keep your operations running efficiently. In addition to supply, we can manufacture custom parts to meet unique equipment or process requirements. 

4.1. Commercial Products (Section A) Spare Parts and Replacement Units

Our commercial products are built to be fully serviceable, reducing operating costs and extending product lifespan. For example, one of our petrochemical installations has maintained an uptime of over 98.6% across five years. Spares are supplied with a small, competitive handling fee to ensure affordability and reliability.

4.2. Complete Sub-assembly Supply

When equipment is damaged or has reached end-of-life after years of use, full replacement assemblies may be more suitable than repairing individual parts. All our listed commercial products can be ordered as complete sub-assemblies for replacements or new applications.

Our technical support team provides expert guidance for all aspects of your packing line. We offer both on-site and remote assistance, troubleshooting, and practical advice to ensure your systems run efficiently. Our specialists help with recommendations for upgrades, preventative maintenance, and best practices to optimize the performance of your packing systems

5.1. Telephonic Technical Support & Guidance

Telephonic support remains the fastest way to resolve many operational issues. The first few minutes are offered at no cost, after which a fixed per-minute rate applies under our technical support structure.

5.2. Call-out (Site Visit)

Some issues cannot be resolved remotely. Control logic, interlocks, and PLC-related challenges often require on-site evaluation. PLC software is highly robust but can only be properly assessed with the correct tools.
Our robots are programmed to allow efficient phone-guided troubleshooting, but physical observation is sometimes necessary. Call-outs are billed at a flat rate from departure to return, plus any associated expenses. Budget estimates can be provided quickly when needed.

We now operate a CNC machining workshop equipped for heavy-duty industrial machining. This expansion strengthens our Commercial Services offering and allows us to manufacture high-precision components in-house.

6.1. Flat Bed Lathes (3 off)

Across our three lathes, we can machine workpieces with a swing over bed of 550 mm, shaft diameters up to 300 mm, and lengths up to 4000 mm.

6.2. Vertical Turning and Boring Machines (2 off)

With dedicated roughing and fine-cutting machines, we can turn or bore components suitable for a 1.2 m diameter chuck and a swing of up to 1.4 m, with workpiece heights of 1.2–1.4 m.

6.3. Bridge Type Milling & Boring Machine (1 off)

This large unit features a removable rotary table, allowing it to function as a vertical turning and boring machine when required. It can machine shafts and pieces up to 6 m long.

6.4. Large Vertical Machining Center (1 off)

With travel dimensions of 1500 × 700 × 750 mm and a 40-tool arm-type magazine, this machine is capable of handling complex, high-precision milling projects.
