1 - Heavy Duty Electric Kick-Over
The heavy-duty product kick-off system deflects products weighing up to 80 kg off the line. It moves them perpendicular to the main travel direction. The motion drives the product’s base first, leaving the top trailing—ideal for flattening operations. Both the stroke and kick-off distance are adjustable. Height is preset during fabrication and fine-tuned ±30 mm after installation. The stand-alone, electrically driven unit fits easily into existing packing lines
