We offer inline check weighers and inline pallet weighing solutions for various packing lines. Additionally, free-standing scales are standard off-the-shelf items. Our in-house developed check weigher, designed with a scale specialist, ensures precise and reliable operation. Furthermore, its readout data integrates seamlessly with your existing data collection system, allowing smooth operation and full traceability. 1 - Bagging Check-weighers
Our inline check weigher operates in both static (legal-for-trade) and dynamic weighing modes. For instance, static weighing processes up to 800 items per hour, while dynamic weighing supports much higher throughput for internal process control. In addition, the unit includes a digital input and output array, enabling integration with any necessary rejection system. Moreover, the check weigher communicates digitally with third-party line control systems to feed, stop, or restart the packing line whenever required. These capabilities ensure consistent operation and minimal disruption.
2 - Full Pallet Weighing Stations
We provide a heavy-duty conveyor mounted on a precision scale, complete with readout, printout, and optional label application, all customized to client requirements. Measurements are performed in static mode and are legal-for-trade certifiable, requiring only annual calibration. In addition, readout data can be stored locally or fully integrated into existing data capture systems through our contracted scale specialist. Consequently, clients gain a reliable, high-accuracy solution that combines robust conveyor performance with precise weighing and seamless data integration.
