Pallet Dispenser & Stacker

Our pallet dispensers are among the simplest and most durable available, proven reliable over time. Three vertical positions are controlled by dustproof inductive sensors, triggered by independently adjustable cams. This allows easy adjustment for any pallet height, accommodating up to 20 mm variation on a 160 mm pallet. Additional cams can be added to further extend the adjustment range, ensuring consistent and trouble-free operation.

1 - Std 1200x1000mm Pallet (w/ Two Pallet Loading Options)

This is the mainstay embodiment, with pallets loaded broadside and fed out either backward broadside or sideways, narrow edge leading. Four-way pallet lines can be automated using a continuous conveyor pallet stack infeed, eliminating forklift loading. Two-way lines can also be automated, feeding pallet stacks narrow edge leading. The unit can stack 12–20 pallets, depending on dry weight, and dispense or stack up to 120 pallets per hour.

2 - Custom Pallet Sizes

Thanks to our unique cradle design, the pallet carriage is fully adaptable to any pallet size. Currently, each machine is configured for a single pallet size, with minimal variation possible. (Remember: necessity drives design.)

1 Any Std ISO-pallet Size

The standard ISO pallet range includes several sizes, with the six most common being: 1000 × 1200 mm (39.4 × 47.2 in) (Europe, Asia), 1016 × 1219 mm (40 × 48 in) (North America), 1100 × 1100 mm (43.3 × 43.3 in) (Asia), 1067 × 1067 mm (42 × 42 in) (North America, Europe, Asia), 1165 × 1165 mm (45.9 × 45.9 in) (Australia), and 800 × 1200 mm (31.5 × 47.2 in) (Europe). These sizes are designed for global trade and are widely used across different regions and transportation methods

2 1500x1200mm Pallets

Although larger pallet lines have not yet been fully automated, you could be the first. Our pallet dispenser is fully scalable and, when combined with our bottom sheet placer and HD pallet roller conveyor options, can completely automate the pallet handling process.
